I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were a great value, spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from China town. The service was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the lack of inviting spaces and some noise disturbances were minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, but had a smell of cigarette smoke and low ceilings in many places. It felt more like student accommodation standard at best. The service was a mix of helpfulness and disappointment, as they kindly offered to swap our room when it wasn't ready, but the replacement was unclean and smelly. The staff, however, were super friendly and pleasant. The location was perfect for our plans, although housekeeping was two hours late. The dining experience was okay, without breakfast included. Despite some downsides, the hotel was situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Liverpool, offering assistance with everything we needed.
The hotel offers very clean and spacious rooms with a huge comfortable bed and a fantastic location. The staff are generally really kind and helpful, providing great value for money. The ideal location is just a 10-minute walk to Liverpool City centre, perfect for what I needed during my stay. The dining options are satisfactory, but they lack breakfast inclusion. The overall experience is pleasant, with only slight room noise disruptions to consider.
